Due to the nature of custom orders we cannot accept returns or cancelations unless there is a defect on the product itself. 

If you live in the Kanab area, you are welcome to come and pick up your order once it is ready. Choose local pick up at check out for "free shipping".

Otherwise we use mainly UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail for our shipping, but if you have another preference, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
